addming rsyslog role #96

Please merge this code so that we can push syslog events from the network devices to the server.

Thanks. When and how will it be deployed on the network1 server? Then I can configure the switches and routers to log there.

It looks like this has a yaml syntax error anyway. I will fix it and deploy.
