create_timer_overrides.py: shorten source-slide timing to 4 minutes #213

Matrix room had super short 5 minute videos in 5 minute time slots. With the qa and the title slide, those are actually 4'20" slots.

This triggered 2 probs:

truncation of video, since we didn't communicate clearly enough about slot time -40s. I manually shortened the title slide in their room to 5s.
title slide wrong, since this gets set 5 minutes before the next talk. I didn't want to touch this, since it would have to regenerate systemd timer overrides... Might want to shorten this to <5 minutes, since 5 minutes is the shortest slot possible in penta.
