Adding CONTRIBUTING & CODE_OF_CONDUCT #19

CODE_OF_CONDUCT had very few changes to make it work for FOSH. The CONTRIBUTING file required more edits but for both files I did search and replace. @amchagas & @emdupre , please look this over and check links to be sure I didn't miss anything. I don't understand why it shows 31 commits when I only added 2 files.

Hi Andre, could you please squash these? I just sync with your repo before I added two files and it still showing 31 commits. 😖 It makes no sense to me. At least there are no conflicts.
