2018-11-04 gooshie's Changelog of FOSH-following-demand

Added a README.md into assets/images folder to create the folder to upload into. (It won't allow the creation of an empty folder. This README.md could be delete now.)
Uploaded MozillaScope.png logo image into assets/images folder.
Added settings to assets/css/style.scss file to display logo at right end of top gray bar.
See Mozilla official logo here.
If you like the logo, I will make it "cleaner" and scalable by creating it as a vector when I have time.
You may want to link this logo to somewhere that highlights the importance of the project to mozilla.
