Create a contact form for the website #3

To give visitors an easy way to be updated on the developments of this project, it would be good to have a contact form on the website, so that they can leave their email information in case they wish to do so.

Since we are using Jekyll for this website, one of these methods can be used to create contact forms:

Those two options are interesting... (Bookmarked)

I will be looking into this more seriously at the end of this year. I've been looking for a free contact form to use as well. I just want very basic contact form, but I want my email address hidden. I also want it to respond to a submitted message with a "Thank you Page." I also want some type CAPCHA to stop spam. I'd prefer it limit to only a few messages per day from any ip address but that probably cost. I don't foresee me needing a subscriber "system" any time soon. Mine would be mostly job or personal contact related for the initial contact after which I'd just go straight to regular email if I trust the contact.

Created a google form for this. it can be found here https://fosh-following-demand.github.io/en/survey at the end of the page. It is not the best solution, but works for now, and I don't mind changing it further down the road.
