Changes required in the workshop site

• [x] Update requirements.txt file with latest packages.
• [ ] No edit profile option available
• [x] Propose workshop is shown in the nav bar for instructor but not allowing to propose the workshop. This option should not be available on the instructor dashboard.
• [x] In the propose workshop page there is a info message about the prerequisite test for advanced python. There should be no hardcoded messages.
• [x] Forgot password not working
• [x] There should be a popup to ask for final confirmation from the instructor before accepting the workshop
• [x] Change the duration in the workshop type to take number of days as integer value instead of string
• [ ] Pep8 fixes are required
