update in 'how to contribute' #16

hugo is unable to preview site whene theme is not downloaded
so given that we need to download theme, to do that we can do
two things,
1- download theme manualiy and in the theme folder.
2- we can clone the repo recursivly.
so i changed the line that show us how to clone to clone recursivly.
