projects: Update TeleIRC for 2020 #111

This commit modernizes the project page for TeleIRC and brings it into the current year. I also added some of our new contributors to the team member list: @kennedy @10eMyrT @Zedjones.

Thanks for reviewing @Tjzabel! :+1: Merging this in along with the added commit 52e474cd52a0ee79f40de57fee4f45b10e6eb725 to include a project logo.
