about: Fix link to FOSS Minor curriculum #116

Similar to commit 3710bcf216d77703bdc46346e119c51e309c595d. The old link to the PDF was dropped on RIT's website, this updates the pointer to the current web home of the FOSS Minor.

Also, I added a small note for the Future is Open conference too on our About page.

@ct-martin Yep, I thought about it, but the previous (now broken) link was to a detailed breakdown of the FOSS curriculum. This is the most similar replacement I could find, since the link you have is a high-level overview of the minor. I also wouldn't mind linking it here to give it some more S.E.O. juice too.

Also, if it ever does become a 404, we'll know in our handy CI checks now implemented in #114. :smile:
