Migrate "Talks" page into "Events" page #33

Closes #32.

This commit condenses the two pages together and also cleans up remaining cruft from what could have been many versions ago of the website. All mention of the talks page should be omitted or replaced by the Events page where it makes sense.

@ct-martin, do you think the site will still build correctly with these changes?
