adding an IRC icon and link #7

Fixes #6

I'm game to get the email link fixed next once I wrap my head around the fedorahosted link, and also to look into matrix 1-click, but for now this is not nothing.

There's no real reason for the & to be in the URL, as putting ?channels would also work.

@Nolski It was mostly meant as a retrospective action for easier sorting and searching in a hypothetical future, but I wasn't aware until recently that it generated an email when assigning an issue. You can safely disregard…
