FIO: Add photos to event page gallery #73

This commit adds photos provided by @jrtechs for the FIO website. We will also use these in an event report write-up at some point. It doesn't look like the photos get rendered in the event page itself; this might be a bug? cc: @ct-martin

@jwflory looks like the photos weren't actually added here? At least they don't seem to show on the website
