Add "White House Champions of Change" event, from @decause #91

This was an accidental find, but it was too good to not include on our new website. I stumbled across the only running archive I know of for the old FOSSbox website:

In a best effort to preserve that data, I've moved it over into our new site and decided to publish it under the Events page.

I only wish I had pictures to include here.

Thanks @whenbellstoll! :heavy_check_mark: I'm going to hold off on merging this one to see if @Jenneh can dig up any photos that we could add to this event profile.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this for now. If any pictures can be found, we can always add them in later.
