Hmm, Xmonad ... another thing that I'm trying to get into. Happy to give a talk on this once I've figured out how to make it work. Here's hoping that I can get external monitors to work with Xmonad ...

So, I'm pushing this back as I'm currently writing an 'extension' for xmonad and that'll be the thing that I'd like to talk about, as part of xmonad. i.e. it's a toolkit to get the window manager you want.
