Improve CI #156

Improve the CI to increase coverage and prevent future regressions.

Add more tests for:

[ ] VHDL and Verilog
[ ] FlipFlopChain and frame_based
[ ] Various FrameBitsperRow and MaxFramesPerCol
[ ] Various SuperTile configurations
[ ] With and without custom multiplexer
[ ] Non-rectangular shaped fabrics
