Add odt boards #752

I'm looking at adding these two boards I have made and sell. They use the U4K (ice5lp4k) lattice FPGA. Let me know if any other changes are needed. I was looking to see if there was more that needed to be done but I think it might be okay. Thanks!

Hi! for the moment you need to add the boards to https://github.com/FPGAwars/apio too (is the Icestudio backend).

Very soon this will be not needed but for the moment you need to add your boards to it.
