Addressable leds intensity #3

Add option to adjust the intensity of WS2812B leds.

In current fw version is already implemented, the addressable led's intensity is proportional to "PWM trigger signal" position in the range between 1.0-1.5mS where: 1.0=max brightness 1.5=OFF
