PWM TRIG signal instability #44

Seems like PWM signal on TRIG pin is not read correctly all the time (in some setups, like when FC is involved). This leads to problems navigating the menu, among other things. Also, can not control board with a servo tester, while it is expected to work.

Thanks to @MrMap for reporting this and proposing potential solution!

Probably related to #41 Fixing this may also help with support for high PWM refresh rates on this pin.
