Currently, we can select Team (A-E) and Player ID in the team (1-9).
This is unnecessary, since we never have more than 4-5 pilots in the air (5.8GHz video link limitation).
So, each player can just select a team, and that is enough.
If implemented, this removes an unnecessary menu item.
Also, as a consequence, "friendly fire" option becomes obsolete and shall be removed too. For now.
Don't you worry, "friendly fire" friends, we'll have it back and player IDs too, but after we revise network protocol with automatic player ID conflict resolution!
