my this file cannot be loaded with warning: Maximum upload size exceeded

Hello, How big is your input file? There is currently a limit of 50Mb for the upload size.

Hi, The easiest way to have a lighter file without changing anything in the way webMCP-counter will work is to limit your data to the genes that are included in the MCP-counter signatures. You can find them here. webMCP-counter does not analyze the expression of other genes, so if you delete the other lines from your file, it will be much lighter and should be below the 50Mb limit.

The above link contains the signature for human data. If you are using the murine version (mMCP-counter), the signatures are included as Table S2 of the original paper (direct link to the table here.)
