Downstream analysis not working #18

Hello! Congrats for the nice tool. When I analyze my samples, I get the abundance score but once I go to the next step (downstream analysis) I get the same message: Disconected from the server - Reload. Any experience on why this is happening? Thanks!

Hi, Can you give some details on your queries? e.g. number of samples, species, type of data, ...
