Downloaded cluster informaton #19

Hello, thank you for providing webMCP-counter. I run MCP-counter using TCGA RNA expression data and successfully generated a heatmap; however, cluster information downloaded from the website was not identical to the IDs that appeared on the heatmap. What went wrong with the dataset?

Hello, Which TCGA dataset are you using? Is it the TCGA SARC example? Can you give me all the settings you used?
