[Suggestion] Arresting corpses is bad #1006

As the title says, being able to arrest a corpse is a bit... wrong.

Reasoning

Death is a new life on most servers. This breaks that. Not to mention being a "roleplay"

Happy 1000 issues (Should we even be celebrating more issues?)

Yes we should be celebrating 1000 issues. Because its 1000 issues solved.

1000 things about darkrp (logically speaking) that have been improved since it came onto github

That would imply a vast majority weren't PEBKAC, but yes, I suppose one could look at it that way.
