I have to push f6 to open the f4 menu but I get stuck #1629

In Darkrp servers I have to push f6 to open the f4 menu but I get stuck in the menu I've tried: -Unbinding and rebinding everything. -Closing and reopening Gmod. I have to many mods to delete the Gmod files and redownload it and this also is happening with Minecraft.

Please help.

Bad keyboard or something.
