Duplicator not adhering to tool restriction #78

I'm not quite sure if this is non-intended behavior or intended behavior. I updated FPP awhile ago, and forgot to re-restrict the tools. Well, some of my players had managed to already construct contraptions with tools that are now restricted. Some of the players had used adv dupe and saved them.

They are able to paste the dupes using what would have been built with a restricted tool.

To be specific, they can paste in hydraulics.

If you disable the hydraulic tool, FPP will not remove hydraulics from duplicates. It only actually disables the tool. I can't link the hydraulic tool to the actual hydraulics in duplicates unless I hardcode it.

In that sense it's intended behaviour.
