Below is the current layout of FRAME Toolbox:

1) What is FRAME - Advanced? Do we want user to create User Need Group etc? 2) Why High Level Function, Functional Area is not in this area? 3) What is specification, is this the best name? Why ITS Service not in this area 4) Shouldn't we divide them into Layers / Views

That discussions where also done already. It was while the meta model where forming. Advance was a proposal by Peter Jesty. It contains objects which are only used by the FRAME Maintainers. The Specification section is for Sources which "defines" the system on the top level. The Artefacts are all objects within the system. ITS Service is in the "Artefacts" because it is the main connector between the business and the motivational part.
