Functions that still need to have species split categories #86

PR #82 implemented a lot of functions where species could be split into categories. However, three still remain to be done:

[x] fb_map_site_traits_completeness() (fixed in PR #95)
[ ] fb_plot_distribution_site_trait_coverage()
~[ ] fb_plot_number_sites_by_species()~ excluded because it seems too complex

Rekyt commented 1 month ago

fb_plot_number_sites_by_species() seems to complex to implement as we would need to have facet-specific breaks and labels. For now, I'm not sure how to handle this so I would exclude it for the functions that need to have species categories.
