CompatHelper: bump compat for "BenchmarkTools" to "1.4" #215

This pull request changes the compat entry for the BenchmarkTools package from ^0.4.3, 0.5 to ^0.4.3, 0.5, 1.4.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
