more PID tuning on the shoulder?

This came up from the test field incident and I was wonderinng if we could increase p or possible make the speed higher on the shoulder going down. I feel like this will also prevent more damage in the future if we can find a good number

we ripped off the top part of the robot because the arm wasn't all the way at home, so i was thinking of making the cycle time shorter and hopefully preventing from this to happen again
