Podium shot tuning

Description

Defense at the speaker has the possibility to shut down robots who need to be at the speaker to shoot. We need to dial in a podium distance shot.

Definition of done

• A new set of RPM and angle variables for the shot are configured
• Commands have been updated to work with the new values
• A button is added for the podium shot

Note: Instead of directly adding a new button, another method to do this would be to use distance calculation to automatically set the speed and angle required for the shot.

Distance and consistency is an issue from the podium. However, the existing button setup works closer to the speaker is provides a way to shoot over a blocker. No changes made here.
