Note sim #12

Added note sim and added some values for the amp bar sim. The circumference of the spinner of the shooter is needed to calculate velocity.

before merging you should test this in sim, go through the steps in the meeting doc and then drag and drop the logged note pose into the pose 3d menu in field 3d and select note 👍🏽
