Components
1 motor (Spark Max)
1 encoder (included with the motor)
PID controller (derived from the motor)
Constructor Requirements
Initialize PID
set reference velocity (rpm)
set each of P, I, and D
This will require testing later. Don't worry about the exact values for now. Give each of them something like 0.01.
The speed should be automatically set by the PID controller.
