This PR adds the AutoState that allows you to raise and lower the ball intake during autonomous, so that we can get under the low bar, and it also cleans up the AutoState code in general.

This suffers from the rather unfortunate death by whitespace diffs.

A quick question. What is the purpose of NothingAutonomous? Is it just to remain idle forever?

Overall, looks good, although the diffs look a bit screwy (did you commit from Eclipse?)
