LED Subsystem and main commands have been created.

Just import the ledsubsystem, do whatever u need to start it etc and then just import the cmd name and give it the subsystem. pretty simple. ive already integrated it with the cmds (i think) and will update it more

This code was ready a few weeks ago but had forgotten to create a pull request.
