Yet another bug we need to investigate root cause. The robot is sometimes sending hundreds of copies of the same message and this deluge of messages is causing DS communication indicator to be half green/half red. Currently not preventing use of the robot, but FTA/CSA at competition will want us to fix this before investigating any other issues that come up on the field

Seems like it's fixed now that we have roborio directly connected to the radio

Issue appears to be resolved by networking fix
