Sometimes intake pneumatics don't deploy. It seems to fix itself after running shooter

Possibly fixed by replacing 10A breaker with 20A. Need to watch for more failures to confirm this fix

Closing since occurrences are very rare and often correlated with CAN faults (reduced this in 5309c3f3e3e5e99c38dd25a0c5e108876b06234c)
