Summary of Changes

Created tests for the bling controller
Improved the bling controller based on the results of the tests
Added configuration for running builds automatically on Azure Pipelines.
Removed configuration for running builds on travis-ci. This means they won't be run there anymore.
Updated README with status on azure pipelines.
Others will now be able to use the bling tests as an example for creating their own tests.

Testing Performed

Tested the changes to the bling controller on plyboy using an Xbox controller to run certain commands.
