Port over bling #5

We need to take the bling program from the old robot code and port it over to the new robot.

This may require deciding whether or not we're actually going to use bling, but it's really easy to remove bling if we don't need it.

This is going to be done at the same time as #13.

Currently blocked until #6 is completed and I am able to access the controllers.

This has pretty much been completed. Just needs testing and then need to actually add some patterns.
