I have started this. Needs to be checked on all robots with Pigeon IMU.
Connect to the RoboRio via USB and run the Phoenix Tuner. Follow these instructions to run the calibration process.

It will tell you if the calibration has already been done. If it has not, you may need a gently heat source to speed it along. If using a heat gun, hold it far away from the robot so we don't damage anything. You just want a gentle wave of warm air over the Pigeon. Rule of thumb: if it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for the robot.
