Accomplished:

Tuned arm angles based on measurements taken with a tilt meter.
Marked up tags and a fake speaker at MVS to test vision shot. Tuned arm angle for this shot.
Monitored shooter motor temperature while running vision shot

Added commands that can be scheduled by clicking them in shuffleboard to test

Move arm to lowest intake setpoint
Move arm to center vision shot setpoint
Spin up shooter to center vision shot speed
Turn off shooter

Also added logging for:

Shooter motor temperature
Accelerometer from pigeon
Accelerometer from rio
