Better OPR calculation #172

TheBlueAlliance seems to be able to compute reasonable-looking OPRs even when teams have only played one match each. Clearly there are improvements we can make to how we are calculating OPR.

OR (as Danny suggest below) just pull OPR data from TBA, and throw out our OPR math code.
