UI refresh #179

Step 1: @Vanilla-Rain to provide an example app with a better-looking UI. Step 2: @FilledWithDetermination and @wakandacat to study it and refresh the scouting app's UI to match.

Made the bottom navigation style that I was thinking about and wrote a little about what I think would make the UI actually work, looks like screenshot_20171228-175952The bottom navigation is super nice, but it will be hard to get perfect flow throughout the whole app. If we do get that continuity I think the UI will end up amazing. (lol I just see that typo now but I'm too lazy to change it)
