Setup test server/Move production site #25

With the release soon ahead of us, I can't be making changes on the live site. We can get Dreamhost hosting and let my upstairs server be the test site.

Alternately, if Dreamhost falls through, I can setup another virtual server to be the production site.

The parts website is now live at parts.blazerobotics.org. The development site is at parts-bleeding.blazerobotics.org.
