We switched a disengage and engage on the hatchIntake and added a bunch of buttons to test out the robot PTAL

Don't merge, we are testing the elevator using this branch because we needed the SmartDashboard buttons.

Replaced by #49 same issue though, we no longer need a separate pull request, the changes here are spread out in branches to be merged.
