We need to see what is the best way to identify these targets. Build one (I'd suggest the top one) and see what you can do as far as tracking it.

Retro reflective tape = we will need 60 ft (rounded up from 710 inches)

Bottom goal opening = 29 X 24 X 1 middle goal opening = 54 X 21 X 2 top goal opening = 54 X 12 X 1

Pyramid goal = 20 X (1.5 Dia) pyramid goal sides = 4 X 4 (1.5 Dia)

Vertical stripes between goals = 36 X 2
