Added team members from email addresses in spreadsheets from:

the Google Drive shared RatPack Robotics 830/RatPack 2023-2024/Registration (mentors only)/ folder:
- 2023-2024 Student Info Form (Responses)
- RatPack GitHub account registration (Responses)

So far:

19 student members seem to be already in the Github FRC830 org and in the 2024-Team
18 new student members have been invited - most of them do not have Github accounts yet
- so we will likely need to assist them finding the Github invite and getting them a Github account
