Update maintenance.py #448

Made all commands hybrid, shouldn't affect anything. Also fixed a few minor capitalization mistakes. On making commands hybrid, added alt commands (pull for update, since it's supposed to pull from git and update) and reboot for restart

possibly based off something from a while back at this point, this PR is from june

Just did a quick glance at the current maintenance.py, unless you've got all the commands as hybrid in some custom dozercontext or something, this made all of them hybrid. (or if I missed something in api docs or something, starting college and have other things to do now)
