Checking the CANs, Sorting the LiveWindow

We got our hands on the new robot for the first time today. These are a bunch of quick hacks to test the frame:

• Removed the lib directory for the CTRE libs
• Moved the robot type selection into the exception (FIXME, plz)
• Grouped CAN Talons for the LiveWindow
