Arduino Controller Board #13

Here is the picture of the board from the 5/16/16 Systems Meeting. We are going to use an attached power supply ($30) for the board (a battery can still be used if needed) and an IO expander ($12) in order to allow for more LEDs to indicate switch statuses. A mix of TALONS and VICTORS will serve for the 4 motor controllers and there will be a pneumatic board which can attach to the Arduino via a CAN shield ($25).

Moved new issue from JD:

For the 5/23 meeting we started to CAD the board, we will continue on next meeting and try to start constructing the board. Pneumatics for the sub-board need to be gathered and discussed. Also, an IO expander and CAN shield should arrive shortly. Red and yellow LEDs have arrived, green will be ordered. We have the power supply and will reuse the polycarbonate.
