Update to PathPlanner 2024 #93

Closes #92 I need to import SuperSwerve23 to a WPILib 2024 beta build in order to simulate these changes and make sure they work. We can also wait for the 2024 release if that's easier

I tested in simulation with my 2024 install. Looks good!
